    Had a lovely stay for 2 nights! The room was pristine and comfy—like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the check-in was a breeze, even at midnight—the staff was fab!

    But they really need a lost-and-found GPS! After our bags went on an unplanned adventure, we finally had to play mix-and-match with our belongings.

    Attentive staff and comfortable stay

    During my stay, I was really impressed by how welcoming and caring the staff were, always ready to assist with any questions. Our room was beautifully decorated and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to major malls and attractions. However, the breakfast could use a bit more variety to match the overall quality of the hotel.

    the ruma hotel and residences is perfectly located about a 10-minute walk from the petronas tower and pavilion shopping mall, which is super convenient. the deluxe king room was great, very clean and cozy. the breakfast was fantastic, especially the authentic noodles offered. the wellness services were also a nice touch!

Breakfast was diverse and delightful, although the TV connection wasn’t resolved during the stay, which was a letdown.
